Financial Controller

As the Financial Controller, you'll be at the hear of the financial strategy, ensuring the agency stays agile, profitable and primed for growth. You'll partner closely with stakeholders, bringing financial insight to creative decision-making while ensuring robust financial controls and reporting. This is a hands on role and will suit a qualified accountant.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage day to day financial operations, including invoicing, payroll, tax returns, bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Lead on planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Preparation and posting of accruals and prepayments
• Preparation of management accounts with commentary
• Presenting financial reports to stakeholders
• Drive efficiencies through modern finance technology

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Experience in creative agency sector (Marketing, Advertising, PR, Digital, Communications)
• Strong interpersonally / ability to challenge and influence
