Mortgage Advisor – Employed – East Bristol

PRIMIS Mortgage Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of LSL Property Services plc, is the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisers across some 1000 individually branded mortgage and protection businesses. The business includes a well‑established Mortgage Advisory operation that acts as an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS.

The role is based in the Down End & Lyde Green areas and is part of a busy, productive team that receives a large volume of business from the Estate Agency and remortgage opportunities.

• Provide mortgage and protection advisory services to clients in the local area.
• Generate new business from the estate agency referral network.
• Manage remortgage opportunities as the business grows.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience without micro‑management.

• CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisor with broking experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Base salary £32,000 * DOE and negotiable.
• Potential earnings > £50,000 + depending on loan sizes (~£300k average).
• Additional commission and incentives linked to performance.
