North Bristol | Hybrid Flexibility | up to £36,000 An established Financial Planning firm in Bristol is looking to hire a Junior Paraplanner to support its growing team.

• Assisting with the preparation of suitability reports and recommendations
• Researching pensions, investments and protection solutions
• Obtaining provider information and illustrations
• Supporting Advisers and Paraplanners with client reviews
• Preparing meeting documentation and review packs
• Assisting with cashflow modelling and technical research
• Maintaining accurate client records and back‑office systems

• Experience with in a Financial Planning Administrator or Junior Paraplanner role
• Ideally 18 months+ experience within wealth management
• Progress towards CII exams advantageous
• Good understanding of pensions and investments
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Desire to develop into a fully‑fledged Paraplanner

• Salary up to £36,000

• Office‑based initially to support training and development
• Typically around 6 months in the office before hybrid flexibility is introduced
