Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Client Service Executive to join our Wealth Management division known as Cazenove Capital, which is part of the Schroders group. You will work alongside a team of Portfolio Managers and Directors and will be a critical part of the client team and in some cases serve as the first port of call for clients in their dealings and administrative requests.
You will take a proactive role alongside the Portfolio Manager in delivering excellent client service. You’ll be busy, hands‑on and can‑do. You will develop deep technical knowledge of our processes and systems and work across the business to challenge, develop and improve our processes and foster a wider understanding. You will be a 'go‑to' person for colleagues at all levels across the business.
As a Client Service Executive, you will be the first line of support for our clients, ensuring they receive timely and accurate service. You will collaborate closely with Portfolio Managers and Directors to understand client needs, manage administrative duties, maintain account compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement of our systems and processes.

The role is office‑based full‑time in a modern, comfortable office in the commercial centre of Bristol.
The TeamWe are one of the largest UK‑based wealth management firms, headquartered in London with offices across the country. We support private clients, families, charities and some institutions in meeting their long‑term goals by offering expertise in investment, wealth planning, lending and family office services. We draw on the resources of the Schroders group and have our own in‑house investment team.
What You’ll Do- Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Directors, developing a comprehensive understanding of client needs and building trustful relationships.
- Handle administrative duties promptly, such as cash transfer requests and monitoring overdrafts.
- Set up accounts for new clients.
- Ensure client accounts are compliant with current regulation and procedures.
- Be the point of contact for clients and professional advisers, responding to enquiries in a timely manner and maintaining records.
- Communicate regularly with the client team to discuss queries.
- Assist team members in preparing and distributing client reports, including portfolio valuations and tax reports, especially at quarter‑end.
- Contribute to business‑wide client service and internal process committees, building an internal network and understanding key service issues.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to streamline client experience.
- Attend client meetings with Portfolio Managers and Directors as required.
- Take responsibility for system training, testing and process improvement.
- Use technical expertise to highlight and share best practice throughout the business, challenging the status quo when appropriate.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and support their training.

- Excellent IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
