This Finance Transformation Manager role offers the opportunity to influence large-scale change while working with stakeholders across different countries and functions. Based within a specialist transformation team, you'll help shape how key finance processes operate globally while building valuable experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.

How you'll make an impact

• Lead Source-to-Pay transformation projects across international operations
• Improve Accounts Payable, procurement and payment processes
• Deliver process improvements that strengthen efficiency and controls
• Support automation and AI-enabled initiatives across finance operations
• Partner with finance, operations and technology teams to implement change
• Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement activities
• Support systems implementation, rollout and adoption programmes
• Improve vendor master data and workflow effectiveness
• Manage project risks, dependencies and delivery timelines
• Support shared services transformation and transition programmes
