• Join a highly regarded Banking & Finance team advising a diverse client base across borrowers, sponsors, lenders and public sector bodies.
• Work on a broad range of finance transactions across sectors including energy, infrastructure, real estate and financial services.
• Gain exposure to real estate finance, project finance, corporate banking, acquisition finance, fund finance, asset-based lending and derivatives.
• Support high-profile clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Collaborate with international clients, law firms and colleagues across different practice areas.

• 3+ years’ PQE with relevant experience in banking and finance matters.
• Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in transactional finance work.
• Comfortable advising on a variety of finance structures and working with sophisticated clients.
• Commercially minded, proactive and able to manage a varied workload effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a collaborative team.
• Keen to continue developing within a busy and high-performing finance practice.
