The role

As Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in helping TMP
268 make informed commercial decisions, providing insight, challenge and guidance to support our continued success. You'll be responsible for managing the TMP
268 profit and loss account, driving financial performance, and helping teams understand how their decisions impact profitability.

Working closely with TMP
268 leadership and the wider finance and commercial teams, you'll provide accurate forecasting, reporting and analysis, turning financial data into clear recommendations and opportunities. You'll act as a trusted partner across the business, challenging ways of working and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, margins and commercial outcomes.

You'll work collaboratively with teams across TMP
268, including Client Services and Media, to track performance against budgets, understand delivery costs, and ensure we continue to deliver excellent work for our clients while meeting our financial objectives.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, influencing decisions, improving processes and bringing commercial thinking to a creative environment.

Who we're looking for

To excel here, you'll be commercially minded, analytical and confident communicating financial insights to a range of stakeholders. You'll have experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role, with a strong understanding of P&L ownership, forecasting and margin optimisation.

You'll be comfortable challenging senior stakeholders, using data to influence decisions and identifying opportunities to improve business performance. You'll have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

* Experience owning and managing a P&L, with accountability for financial performance

* Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting and commercial analysis

* The ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights

* Confidence building relationships and influencing stakeholders across different teams

* A proactive approach to improving processes and driving efficiencies

* Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability

You'll ideally be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), with experience working in a commercial finance environment.

Experience with in a media, marketing or agency environment would be beneficial, but isn't essential.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys collaborating with others, bringing curiosity and challenge to the conversation, and helping TMP
268 continue to outthink.
