As part of the Planning & Performance Reporting team, you will help deliver the insights, reporting and planning that support strategic decision-making across Transport and Retail Finance. • Communicating the narrative of the business’s performance and assisting in projecting future business results through the planning process.
• Delivering insightful, high‑quality month‑end reporting, ensuring robust controls, and serving as a specialist in management accounting.
• Developing a broad network of contacts across Finance, with collaboration between teams being crucial to your success.
• Meeting individual and team objectives while investing in your personal development by improving your skills and capabilities.

• Qualified as an accountant or final year student (ACA or equivalent experience, ACCA, CIMA).
• 12 months or more experience analysing performance and explaining drivers in movement with senior colleagues.
• 12 months or more experience maintaining strong financial control at the core of finance activities.
• Demonstrated continuous improvements to current processes, illustrating curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Excellent collaboration skills and enjoyment of engaging with people from various areas.

• Experience in Planning/Budgeting in a business context.
• Experience in Monthly Performance Reporting.
• Financial Services background.
• Confidence in using Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications.
