Real Estate Tax Associate Director

We’re looking for an experienced Associate Director to join our growing Real Estate Tax team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of UK and international property investors, developers, funds, REITs, asset managers, and private clients, delivering both tax advisory and compliance services.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll work closely with colleagues across Tax, Transactions, Assurance and Advisory, supporting complex real estate transactions, tax structuring, due diligence, and cross-border projects.

• Manage a portfolio of real estate clients, delivering both tax advisory and compliance services.
• Lead tax structuring and due diligence work on real estate transactions and M&A projects.
• Work with Partners and Directors on complex tax consultancy assignments.
• Build and develop client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with specialist teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
• Mentor, coach and line manage junior team members, supporting their development and performance.

You’ll have:

• Significant UK corporate tax experience within a real estate environment.
• Strong knowledge of real estate taxation and related specialist taxes.
• Excellent client relationship and project management skills.
• Experience leading teams and developing junior colleagues.
• ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualification (or equivalent technical expertise).
