Competitive hourly/day rate We're recruiting for an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join a well-established business during a key period of change. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support to the finance function.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day finance operations and lead the finance team. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting. Manage cash flow, budgeting and forecasting. Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with accounting standards. Support the month-end and year-end close processes. Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders where required. Provide financial insight and support to senior leadership. Drive process improvements and identify efficiencies.

About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience. Previous experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager. Strong technical accounting knowledge. Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP/accounting systems. Available to start immediately or at short notice.
