The Student Housing team at JLL is seeking a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to assist with portfolio valuations of student housing across the UK. Student Housing experience is not required, but the successful candidate will develop skills to take greater responsibility for individual asset valuations and portfolio instructions.

• Conduct portfolio valuations and individual asset valuations from start to finish.
• Handle and analyse large amounts of data related to student housing assets.
• Prepare fluent reports and communicate clearly with clients, investors, and lenders.
• Travel throughout the UK to inspect sites and assets.

• Strong analytical and data handling skills.
• Excellent report‑writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage valuation instructions end‑to‑end.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
