This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch opportunity: ideal for someone who wants early ownership and visible impact, not a polished, process-driven finance function. The Role:

Full ownership of transactional finance through to P&L, including invoicing, reconciliations, and journals Standard costing, variance analysis, and overhead allocation across projects Inventory, stock, and BOM (Bill of Materials) management WIP and stock valuation, including physical vs. system stock audits Management reporting and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership Balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset accounting

What We're Looking For:

ACCA/CIMA finalist, newly qualified or QBE Manufacturing or engineering background strongly preferred (BOMs, stock, project costing) Comfortable in a fast-paced, process-light environment: someone who builds structure rather than waits for it Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Confident communicating financial data to non-finance colleagues

Experience with Xero and Microsoft Office 365 advantageous Why Apply:
