We have a fantastic opportunity for an Independent Financial Adviser to join our client's firm based in Bristol. This organisation is recognised as one of the UK's largest Chartered Financial Planning firms and provides clients with independent, whole-of-market advice, delivering tailored, evidence-based financial solutions.

• Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial approach, proactively developing and expanding a client portfolio with organisational support.
• Provide ongoing financial advice in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify suitable financial solutions aligned with clients' needs.
• Gather, evaluate, and document all necessary information to deliver advice in accordance with organisational standards.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals and professional networks.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to uphold the organisation's values, standards, and culture.
• Engage fully with the development support provided to enhance professional knowledge and capability.

• Commitment to undertaking advanced professional qualifications and progressing towards Chartered status.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial markets and products.
• Ability to assess and interpret the needs and objectives of clients.
