IVC Evidensia seeks an experienced Intercompany Funding Extension Lead on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the refinancing of intercompany loan arrangements and coordinate with Group Treasury, Tax and regional finance teams to ensure tax-efficient funding across jurisdictions.
You will assess capital requirements, lead recapitalisation initiatives, and ensure governance, documentation and audit trails for funding activities in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
