  • Take ownership of allocated analytical and modelling work streams, delivering high-quality outputs from planning through to implementation and ongoing monitoring.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing clear and actionable insights to support commercial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, finance, product and pricing teams to develop and evolve retail pricing strategies and optimisation frameworks.
  • Produce high-quality reports, analysis and documentation, presenting findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Keep up to date with industry developments, regulatory changes and advancements in analytics, data science and pricing methodologies, applying new knowledge to improve outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, manage and mitigate risks within day-to-day activities and responsibilities.
  • Act with integrity and ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal governance requirements, always delivering fair customer outcomes.

  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating initiative, sound judgement and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
