We are seeking a Senior Revenue Controller to join our Finance Department, specifically within the Revenue and Billing team. This role is crucial for managing working capital, supporting Partners and lawyers to minimise debt, WIP, and exposure. You will provide leadership to Revenue Controllers and Billing Assistants, managing a complex portfolio and ensuring compliance with the firm's financial policies.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead regular review meetings with Partners and lawyers to discuss Debt, WIP, and client/matter balance issues, taking ownership of complex matters within your assigned areas.
• Maintain oversight of data recorded on the Collections system for assigned clients and team portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate updates for effective tracking of outstanding invoices.
• Work with the team to recommend and implement processes to ensure payments are received in line with agreed terms.
• Negotiate with clients to agree on payment plans and liaise with the debt recovery team for legal action on unpaid bills as necessary.
