Interim Finance Director / Head of Finance Bristol Hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 day WFH) 4-6 Month Contract Weekly Pay ASAP Start

I'm currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Director / Head of Finance opportunity with a well-established Bristol-based business with a turnover of circa £5m & roughly 25 employees. This is a hands-on Number 1 finance role, reporting directly to the Owner/Managing Director and acting as the main point of contact for all finance matters across the business. You'll work alongside an experienced in-house bookkeeper who manages payroll, giving you the autonomy to focus on providing financial leadership, commercial insight and maintaining strong financial controls.

Key responsibilities include:

Owning the finance function and leading all financial activities across the business Producing management accounts, cash flow forecasting and financial reporting Supporting the MD with commercial decision-making and business planning Managing budgeting, forecasting and process improvements Maintaining robust financial controls and compliance Working within Sage 50

The ideal candidate will be:

An experienced Finance Director, Head of Finance or Financial Controller operating as a Number 1 in Finance Comfortable working in a small business environment and wearing multiple hats Hands-on, commercially minded and proactive Available to start ASAP Able to commit to 4 days per week on-site in Bristol What's on offer:
