Interim Credit Controller

An established North Bristol employer is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to support cash collection performance and improve working capital during a busy trading period.

This is a highly visible role that would suit an experienced credit professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a high-volume customer ledger
• Reducing aged debt
• Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email
• Investigating and resolving invoice disputes
• Building strong customer relationships
• Producing debtor reports and cash collection updates
• Supporting improvements across the credit function

About You

• Proven Credit Control experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Track record of reducing aged debt
• Ability to manage workload independently
• Professional and customer-focused approach

Package

• 16.50 - 20.00 per hour
• Hybrid working after initial training period
• Immediate start available
• Potential for extension
