This is a primarily compliance-focused role, managing a portfolio of private clients and ensuring their tax affairs are handled accurately, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. You'll work closely with Partners, Directors and colleagues while building strong client relationships and supporting the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of private client tax compliance work Review personal tax returns for accuracy and technical quality

Act as a key point of contact for clients

Ensure tax deadlines are met and work is delivered efficiently

Support and mentor trainees and junior members of the team

Work closely with Partners, Directors and the wider Personal Tax team Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and client service

Assist with occasional personal tax advisory work where appropriate

About YouATT and/or CTA qualified

Previous experience at Manager level within Private Client or Personal Tax Strong personal tax compliance experience

Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail

Confident reviewing work and supporting junior colleagues

Strong client communication and relationship-building skills

Professional, organised and commercially aware

Collaborative team player with a commitment to quality
