This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Tax Senior or Tax Semi Senior looking to develop their career and gain more experience across corporate tax compliance and tax advisory.

You'll work with a varied portfolio of SMEs, owner-managed businesses and corporate groups, with excellent opportunities to develop your technical knowledge and progress your career.

Key Responsibilities Prepare corporation tax computations and tax returns

Assist with corporate tax advisory projects

Support R&D tax relief claims

Assist with tax planning and corporate restructuring

Gain exposure to tax due diligence and transactions

Support work relating to share schemes and capital allowances

Undertake technical tax research

Liaise with clients, HMRC and internal teams

Manage assignments, deadlines and client deliverables

Support and mentor junior members of the tax team About You We're looking for someone with previous corporate tax experience within an accountancy practice.

You'll ideally have:

ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualification, or be part-qualified

Experience preparing corporation tax computations and returns

Good knowledge of UK corporate taxation

An interest in developing tax advisory and tax planning experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Good organisation and time managementA proactive, commercial and client-focused approach

Alphatax experience is advantageous

Candidates currently working in a compliance-focused corporate tax role who are looking to develop their advisory experience are encouraged to apply.
