We're recruiting an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join a growing accountancy practice in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CTA, ACA or ACCA-qualified tax professional with strong corporate and business tax experience. You'll take a senior role in managing client relationships, delivering complex tax advice, developing the team and supporting the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of corporate and business tax clients
• Lead complex corporate tax compliance and advisory assignments
• Provide commercially focused tax planning and strategic advice
• Act as a trusted adviser and build strong long-term client relationships
• Work closely with Partners and Directors on complex assignments
• Review tax computations, returns and technical advisory work
• Lead, mentor and develop junior members of the tax team
• Identify opportunities for additional services and cross-referrals
• Take an active role in business development, networking and client growth
• Support the development of the corporate tax team and wider tax strategy
• Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and industry developments

About You

• CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified
• Significant experience in corporate and business tax
• Strong technical knowledge and advisory experience
• Previous experience within an accountancy or professional services practice
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in business development and networking
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
