Private Client Tax Assistant Manager

Tax specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment are working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants who are recruiting for a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager to join their team in Bristol.

Suited for a recently ATT/ CTA Qualified individual looking to progress their career with a firm which prides themselves on work/ life balance, career development, and the delivery of exceptional advisory services.

Working with a diverse client base including HNWIs, Directors, Partnerships, Trusts & Estates, involving a mixture of tax advisory, compliance, tax planning, and ad hoc advisory work.

The Role:

Managing a diverse portfolio of clients

Preparation and review of Personal Tax returns

Capital gains tax computations

Inheritance tax

Identifying tax planning opportunities

Assisting the Partners & Senior Management with advisory work

Reviewing the work of junior staff members

Assisting with ad hoc tax projects

Liaising with HMRC.

Dealing with client queries

You:

ATT Qualified/ CTA PQ/ Qualified/ ACA Qualified

Strong Personal/ Private client tax experience within a practice environment

Experience of managing a client portfolio (ideally)

Personal tax compliance proficiency

Strong communication skills

UK Resident
