Clark Wood is working with a leading independent UK accountancy firm that is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior into its growing Bristol team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax professional who wants to move beyond a predominantly compliance-focused position and gain significantly greater exposure to advisory and project work.

You'll work with a varied portfolio ranging from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses through to larger corporate groups, while gaining exposure to specialist areas including transactions, restructuring, share schemes, R&D tax relief and complex corporate tax matters.

The firm offers flexible hybrid working, excellent professional development and genuine opportunities to progress through to Assistant Manager and Manager level.

The Role

As a Corporate Tax Senior, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing corporation tax computations and returns for a varied portfolio of corporate clients
• Managing compliance assignments through to completion
• Supporting Managers and senior colleagues on complex corporate tax matters
• Assisting with tax advisory projects including transactions, due diligence and corporate restructuring
