My client is continuing to invest in its finance function and is looking for hardworking, resilient, and customer-focused Credit Controllers to join its established Credit Control team. Following the implementation of a new finance system, this is an exciting time to join a business that is driving improvement, enhancing processes, and creating opportunities for ambitious finance professionals.

You'll become part of a large, supportive team that plays a critical role in managing cash flow and building strong customer relationships across the business.

The Role Working within a busy and fast-paced credit function, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, reducing aged debt, and ensuring payments are collected efficiently while maintaining excellent service levels. Key responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts. Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries. Negotiating payment plans where appropriate. Allocating cash and reconciling accounts. Supporting month-end reporting activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and improve collections performance. Contributing to continuous process improvements following the recent system implementation.

About You We're looking for individuals who are:
Experienced in Credit Control, Collections, or Accounts Receivable. Confident communicating with customers at all levels. Resilient and tenacious when managing outstanding debt. Organised and able to prioritise a busy workload. Comfortable working towards team and individual targets. Strong team players who enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
