Specialist Property Finance Broker Bridging & Development Finance Bristol We are looking for a Specialist Property Finance broker to join a well established Bristol based brokerage. Bridging and development finance experience is essential; commercial mortgage experience preferred but not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a brokerage with a loyal investor client base, consistent high-quality enquiries, and serious earning potential.

Who We’re Looking For CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified, Competent Advisor Status (CAS) Minimum 2 years’ experience in bridging and/or development finance Commercial mortgage experience beneficial but not essential Strong exposure to property investor cases Commercially minded with excellent structuring skills Confident dealing with time-sensitive, complex funding scenarios Ambitious and motivated to build long-term income Office-based working at the office just outside Bristol is our preference, particularly while you get to know the team, the lenders and our case flow — but hybrid arrangements are available Benefits:
