IFA Administrator

Recruit UK is proud to be supporting a growing financial planning firm in their search for an IFA Administrator to join their Bristol office. They’re in a big growth phase and as a result, they’re investing heavily into people, systems and long-term career development. This is a great opportunity for someone with IFA Administration / Adviser Support experience to take on a varied role at the heart of the client review process, working closely with advisers and providers to keep client data accurate and cases moving efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

Prepare for client reviews by ensuring all client and plan information is up to date on IO, requesting and chasing missing data from providers Update contributions, withdrawals and transfers, and validate fund holdings and plan valuations Produce client valuation reports and One Note packs, including FE Analytics research and Key Information Documents Prepare cases for submission, completing plan information checklists and chasing outstanding provider information Handle day-to-day client and provider queries by phone and email Support new business processing and application submission Benefits:

Minimum 1 year's experience supporting a Financial Adviser (Required) Previous regulatory or financial services industry experience
