Key Responsibilities Managing collections and reducing aged debt Cash allocation and account reconciliations Resolving customer queries and disputes Producing aged debt reports and supporting month-end activities Assessing credit risk and opening new customer accounts Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function About You Minimum 2 years' experience within Credit Control or Accounts Receivable Strong communication and relationship-building skills Good Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Experience using ERP systems Proactive, organised, and keen to develop your career If you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, develop your skills, and progress your career within a positive and forward-thinking business, please apply now.
