We're recruiting a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager for a leading accountancy practice in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Tax Senior or Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in their career and develop their experience across corporate tax compliance and advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients
• Prepare and review corporation tax computations and returns
• Lead corporate tax advisory assignments
• Support R&D tax claims, capital allowances and corporate restructuring
• Gain exposure to transactions and tax due diligence
• Build strong client relationships and liaise with HMRC
• Review work and mentor junior tax team members
• Undertake technical tax research
• Identify tax planning and advisory opportunities
• Work closely with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners

About You

• Previous corporate tax experience within an accountancy practice
• ATT, CTA or ACA qualified, part-qualified or studying towards CTA
• Strong corporate tax compliance knowledge
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients
• Some exposure to corporate tax advisory work
• Confident reviewing work and supporting junior staff
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Commercial, proactive and keen to develop
