Finance Manager

It is ideally suited to an ambitious accountant looking to accelerate their career within a dynamic and fast-paced new role Reporting into the Group Finance function, you will take responsibility for the finance activities of a key business unit, acting as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation. Key responsibilities will include:
Ownership and preparation of monthly management accounts. Producing and presenting detailed monthly reporting packs. Managing weekly cash flow forecasting and monitoring. Delivering KPI and revenue reporting to support business performance. Leading the budgeting and forecasting process. Providing commercial analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making. Partnering with operational managers and senior leadership teams. Driving continuous improvement across financial processes and controls.

Providing financial guidance and support across the wider business. Supporting additional finance and commercial projects as required. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business will also possess:
Previous experience within a commercial finance, management accounting or finance business partnering environment. Strong experience preparing management accounts, budgets and forecasts. Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills. The ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Strong commercial awareness and an ability to influence decision-making. Advanced Excel and strong systems skills. Excellent organisational and stakeholder management capabilities. A driven and ambitious mindset with a desire to develop your career.
