South Gloucestershire Council is seeking a Housing Options Officer to advise people across the authority who are homeless or at risk, and to help them secure suitable housing. The role requires assessing housing needs, developing action plans, and coordinating support across agencies.
The successful candidate will have practical housing experience and knowledge of Housing Act 1996 Part VII, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage competing priorities
