North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a Housing Advice Officer to provide a high-quality first point of contact triage and advice service for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. You will meet clients face-to-face, by phone and by email, offering timely, accurate and supportive housing advice.
You will carry out initial assessments, use legislation to determine duties under Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996, and provide written advice while recording cases accurately.
