Clarion Housing Group is seeking two Tenancy Specialists based in Bristol or Tamworth to focus on antisocial behaviour and tenancy enforcement. The role involves investigating, managing, and resolving complex ASB cases with support from partners and legal teams.
You will lead on high-risk cases, coordinate across agencies, and prepare case files for court action while ensuring victim support and proportionate interventions. Flexibility to travel and attend hearings is essential.
