Your new companyBristol based government organisationYour new roleYou will be joining the Regulatory team as an investigative enforcement officer, working to compile evidence and generate to enforce government legislation:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and assess regulatory and compliance cases from initial enquiry through to resolution.
• Investigate alleged breaches of legislation, policy and regulatory requirements.
• Review evidence and make informed recommendations based on regulatory frameworks.
• Support compliance monitoring, audit and inspection activity.
• Apply enforcement measures and sanctions where appropriate.
• Interpret legislation, policy and guidance to support decision-making.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to operational teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and case management documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory processes and compliance outcomes.
