• Provide high‑quality treatments in line with clinic treatment guidelines.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and set realistic expectations.
• Actively promote additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
• Work towards sales targets.
• Ensure all client records are updated pre‑ and post‑treatment.
• Maintain and clean all machines.

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired, not required).
• Team player working collaboratively.
• Positive, friendly attitude with clients.
• Attention to detail with client records.
• Excellent standards regarding client experience.
