At Spa by Kasia, located within The Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a relaxing and welcoming environment.

Reporting to the Spa Management team, you will play an important part in the spa’s day-to-day operation and overall guest experience. This is a hands‑on role where you will deliver a wide range of treatments to a consistently high standard, while supporting the smooth running of the spa.

The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis.
Flexibility is essential, as evening shifts (until 8:15pm) and regular weekend working are required.

• Deliver a range of face and body treatments to a high professional standard
• Carry out manicure, pedicure, gel nails, and waxing services confidently
• Provide exceptional, personalised service to all guests and members
• Maintain treatment rooms to an immaculate standard
• Support stock control and minimise product waste
• Promote and recommend retail products, contributing to sales
• Work collaboratively as part of a proactive and supportive team

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy / Face & Body Therapy (essential)
• Good knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Previous experience in a spa or similar environment preferred
• Confident in manicure, pedicure, gel nails, and waxing
• Professional, reliable, and team-focused
• Passionate about delivering excellent guest care
• Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
