OverviewAre you passionate about person‑centred care and wellbeing? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to work in the Wellbeing service alongside nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and therapy assistants.
In this vital role you will champion a holistic approach that empowers patients through enablement and self‑management, helping them to achieve their personal goals and maximise their wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person‑centred therapy sessions as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Assess and develop individual care plans for patients, promoting self‑management.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to patients and families regarding functionality and independence.
- Document and review patient progress in accordance with NHS standards.
- Salary from £31,049–£37,796 per annum (FTE), dependent on experience.
- Working hours:
27 hours per week (3.5 days). - No weekends or bank holidays.
- Office location:
Brentry and localities. - No unsociable shifts.

You must have a clean driving licence and access to a car.
