Position: Band 5 Paramedic / Emergency Medical Technician (EMT
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Band 5 Paramedic or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our clinical team. This role involves delivering high-quality, responsive care across a Monday to Sunday rota , working day shifts only. You will assess, treat and manage patients across a range of urgent and emergency presentations, working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality clinical assessment, treatment and care to patients in line with professional standards and clinical guidelines Respond to emergency and urgent care calls across the rota Undertake comprehensive patient assessments and make sound clinical decisions within scope of practice Deliver appropriate treatment, referral, conveyance or discharge decisions Accurately document patient care using electronic patient record systems Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and emergency services Maintain patient dignity, safety and confidentiality at all times

Essential Criteria Registered Paramedic (HCPC) or qualified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Experience working in a pre-hospital, urgent or emergency care setting Experience working within ambulance, urgent care or community-based services Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly across a Monday to Sunday rota Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care Why Join Us?
