We aim to achieve just one goal when supporting people with enduring mental health needs living in the community – giving the people we support every chance to live their best life! As Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting people to manage a tenancy
  • Develop strategies and resilience to manage their own mental health
  • Developing independent living skills
  • Budgeting
  • Support to manage relationships and much, much more.

The successful Support Worker will:

  • Are flexible, proactive and passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals
  • Hold a current driving licence and can use your own car for work
