Our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams are made up of nurses, therapists, paramedics and support workers who work in an integrated way to support service users on their healthcare journey. We would love for you to come along for the ride.

• As a Community Nurse you will be welcomed into one of our busy nursing teams to support service users who have nursing needs in their own homes.
• Shift patterns are 8am-4pm and 12noon-8pm, with no long days.
• You will work within a multi‑disciplinary team to provide holistic and specialist skills supported by a robust competency framework.
• Develop additional competencies within the requirements of the multi‑disciplinary approach to the Integrated Neighbourhood Team.
• Work in a community setting to get to know your caseload and tailor interventions in a holistic and person‑centred way, managing health needs and supporting education and health promotion.
