We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager for a Domiciliary Care service in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and growing organization, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to private clients.

Responsibilities:

Overall management and leadership of the domiciliary care service
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards
Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders
Creating and implementing care plans and risk assessments
Managing budgets and resources effectively
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on service performance

Requirements:

Registered Manager
Proven experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising staff
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
