As Care Coordinator, you’ll:

• 📅 Organise rotas & match carers to clients
• 🤝 Support clients & care staff daily
• 🛡 Maintain Trinity’s high care standards
• 📞 Take part in the on‑call rota (paid extra)
• 🚨 Handle emergencies calmly & professionally

• Experience in domiciliary/live‑in care (QCF Level 2/3 preferred)
• Strong communication & organisation skills
• Tech‑savvy and confident in a fast‑paced role
