The purposeof thisroleis toprovide management support to the Division,with responsibilityfortheadministrativeandclericalstaffandwillensurethat services are delivered within budget to agreed quality standards.
The post holder will work with Directorate & Divisional staff and other senior managers in the strategic development of the services provided by the Division. This will include operational business planning and monitoring, supporting the delivery of key projects, and the continuous improvement of the services we provide.
Responsible for ensuring robust systems are in place to achieve the safe and timely delivery of administrative processes related to patients beingreferredand /or treated by clinicians and promote good and effective practice in the department by example and instruction.
Responsible for cascading and implementation of new procedures and policies affecting Administrative,Clericaland Operationalstaff. Takinganactiveroleinthe monitoring of compliancy to these policies, procedures, and standards across all administrative,accessandclericalfunctionscarriedoutinthe
Divisionandwider
