This is a flexible hours, on-site role based in Bristol for a Support Worker. The Support Worker will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily activities, supporting their physical and emotional well-being, and maintaining a safe and positive environment. Key responsibilities include offering guidance during routine tasks, ensuring safeguarding protocols are followed, and fostering effective communication between service users and the healthcare team.

• Proven experience as a Support Worker, with a focus on assisting individuals in health and social care settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships and foster effective communication
• Knowledge and experience in safeguarding practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals
• Ability to provide technical support to individuals as needed, ensuring they can access and use necessary tools or resources
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to promoting independence and dignity in service users
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care, or equivalent experience
