Imaging Reception Admin Clerical Officer

Responsibilities

• Receive and assist patients and all visitors attending the department in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide a comprehensive call handling and administration service for patients attending and contacting the North Bristol NHS Trust Imaging Department.
• Update the CRIS (Computerised Radiology Information System) and accurately pass messages to the relevant Booking Teams and Radiographic staff.

• Educated to NVQ Level 2, GCSE level or equivalent.
• Excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and outstanding attention to detail whilst working under pressure.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage and complete tasks independently.
• Experience and knowledge of imaging terminology desirable.
• Experience in a hospital office environment essential.
