- Adult Disability Team West – provides support to adults living with a learning or physical disability, enabling positive decision making and independence.
- Older Peoples Team West – not able to accept ASYE candidates.
- South West Prevention of Admission Team – supports individuals aged 65 or over, or under 65 with a confirmed dementia diagnosis, who are at risk of hospital, residential, or inpatient admission.
- Social Work degree.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Full driving licence and ability to travel across Hertfordshire, using own transport or company car.
