As a Care Assistant, you will support clients with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship. You’ll help maintain a safe and positive environment while ensuring clients’ health and wellbeing needs are met.

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
• Support with meal preparation and medication management
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light domestic tasks and cleaning
• Drive clients to appointments or social activities (if required)
• Monitor health status and report concerns to healthcare professionals
• Deliver care to individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or behavioural conditions
• Follow health and safety protocols, including administering first aid when necessary

• Caring nature, patience, and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to commit to a guaranteed hours rota
• Willingness to learn and meet My Care’s high standards
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Familiarity with care plans and behaviour management techniques
• Basic IT skills for record keeping

• Competitive pay:
  From £12.60/hour
