Live in Support Worker

Overview

We are hiring a Live-In Support Worker to help clients with spinal cord injuries live independently in their own homes. The role involves one-to-one care in the client’s home on live-in assignments.

• Provide one-to-one personal care and support in the client’s home according to the care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Monitor the client’s well-being and report changes to the care team.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain the client’s dignity and privacy.
• Coordinate with the care team and employer to ensure consistent care delivery.

• Experience in live-in or home care preferred; training provided where applicable.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to communicate effectively with clients and team.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting and manage time effectively.
• Eligible to work in the relevant location and able to complete necessary background checks.

• Flexible live-in assignments (typically 1–2 weeks on/off).
• Regular, ongoing placements available.
• Zero-hours contract with consistent opportunities.
