Sirona care & health is seeking a School Health Assistant to support the School Nursing Service in delivering prevention, promotion and early intervention for children and families in the South Bristol area.
This part-time role (24 hours/week, term-time only) involves assisting with NCMP measurements, vision screening, health promotion activities, data recording and family support, with travel across Bristol localities as required.
