Dorset Health Care University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the CAMHS Discharge Clinic in Poole on a fixed-term basis. You will assess, monitor and support discharge readiness for young people transitioning from CAMHS, working with families and a multidisciplinary team.
Ideal candidates will be RMNs with NMC registration, experience in mental health and a proactive, autonomous approach.
