Category B Asbestos Operative - Bristol
Location:
Bristol and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
Competitive, dependent on experience, plus overtime opportunities
- Carry out licensed asbestos removal works in accordance with current regulations and company procedures.
- Set up and dismantle enclosures and decontamination units.
- Wear and maintain appropriate PPE and RPE.
- Follow site-specific risk assessments and method statements.
- Complete all required documentation accurately.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping on site.
- Work effectively as part of a team on projects across Bristol and the surrounding areas.
- Valid Category B (Licensed) Asbestos Operative training.
- CSCS/CCDO Card
- Current medical certificate.
- Face-fit certificate.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Good understanding of asbestos removal procedures and HSE regulations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar licensed asbestos removal role.
- Additional asbestos-related qualifications or training.
